I've been teaching since I was 16 years old. Whether it's collage, bullet journaling, yarn painting, digital drawing--I love to see what other makers are capable of when they start playing with a new medium. If you're interested in booking me for a workshop, please reach out below!
Take a look at some workshops I've taught in the past few years.
Journaling with Intention
We decorated journals and then learned about intentional journaling practices.
Yarn Painting
We created our own yarn paintings of famous works of art to learn the medium.
Yarn Painting
This workshop was great for all ages--from our youngest artists to retirees!
Collage
Collage workshop sponsored by Monmouth Review, the campus literary magazine of Monmouth University.
Collage
Three university students showing off the incredible collages they created during our workshop.
Collage (2)
One-on-one instruction is a great way to really get to know a medium. (And it makes a great gift to children/adults alike!)
Digital Drawing
A private lesson on digital drawing with an iPad and Apple Pencil.
Bullet Journaling
We learned the basics of bullet journaling--a practice that can be useful to artists and non-artists alike.
Bullet Journaling
Participants leave this workshop with their own bullet journal to continue to work on and use for as long as they'd like.
Bullet Journaling
I share my own bullet journals from the past six years as references for the workshop participants.
Bullet Journaling
My favorite part of teaching these workshops is finding out that people are continuing on with their bullet journaling journey long after they leave my class.
Kids' Free Create
Workshops without a specific final piece are my forte. I love to give people--especially children--the space to create without rules or consequences. (This workshop was taught alongside an incredible Jersey City artist friend, Athena Toledo.)
